Week 3

Couch to 5k week 3 session 1 down!

Thigh gap

I’m beginning to notice a small thigh gap. My hard work is paying off! I have a strong heart history in my family, so I’ve gotta keep that in mind when I want I stop. I also have a lot of anxiety and running helps calm my nerves. Running is my anti anxiety drug.

I’m confused that my soreness makes me wanna workout more :$
